mmm....we made a big pot of (pretty healthy) chili tonight!
and jenn made some yummy corn casserole on the side. =)
ingredients:
2 lbs. lean ground turkey
1 huge onion
some garlic
1 bell pepper
2 cans of diced tomatoes
2 cans of tomato paste
1 can of corn
1 can of canelli beans
spices: cumin, oregano, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, chipotle chili powder...
directions:
1. cook the turkey with the onions + garlic - then add in bell pepper.
2. dump in cans of everything else.
3. add spices (keep adding stuff til it tastes good to you!) =)
