chickpea salad
after reading this recipe i really wanted to try it because it just looked so easy (even though i don't particularly like garbanzo beans). so last night i dumped all the ingredients together, but ended up adding a whole bunch of garlic/cilantro/lime + the parmigiano reggiano and it was so good! i'm going to have to remember to make this for lunch sometime.
ingredients: 2 cans of garbanzo beans, a little garlic sauteed in olive oil, salt, pepper, cilantro, a whole lotta lime juice and parmigiano reggiano
