so yesterday i was in a sour mood (ha-ha, not really) and decided to make these cookies. i had been wanting to ever since erin posted them as favors for cathy's nyc bridal shower (which was a loong time ago). however, there were no key limes to be found! so i just used regular limes.
did these turn out good..? i'm trying to come up with ideas of something to bring for a work bake sale this week. i printed out your pumpkin bar recipe too...
aw that's cute...you guys are having a bake sale at work?! =) i liked these and they're super easy to make (and they burn quite easily too). they taste better the day after - but are also very tart - so they're definitely not for everyone.
