being back in seattle always gives me cravings for certain foods: machiavelli's fettucine bolognese, trophy's cupcakes, and molly moon's earl grey tea ice cream. so i decided to look up an earl grey tea cookie recipe and found this one. i basically followed it to a T (if i was jenn, i would've said to a "Tea") and it comes out as a nice shortbread with a noticeable tea flavor (since those are actual tea leaves ground up in there). it's not too sweet, but it goes nicely with a cup of tea or coffee!
