i made some simple couscous tonight, and then we grilled some chicken + onions even though it started pouring down rain during dinner.
couscous: sauteed red onion + olive oil + cilantro + cucumbers + lime juice
grilled chicken: garlic + cilantro + olive oil + salt + pepper + lime juice
