oatmeal raisin cookies

i didn't make these. actually, my mom did.
i don't normally even like oatmeal raisin cookies, but these are so good!
i'll share the recipe with you when i get the recipe from her. =)

*edit: here it is!

1/2 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup light brown sugar (packed)
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1.5 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup raisins

directions:
1. cream together the butter, sugar, egg + vanilla until smooth.
2. whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.
3. add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix well.
4. stir in the oats and raisins.
5. refrigerate the dough for at least an hour before baking.
6. bake at 350F for about 10 minutes - or until golden!
