pumpkin bread


i baked a loaf of plain ol' pumpkin bread with some leftover pumpkin puree i had sitting in the fridge. it was super easy and the best part is that it's actually moist! (i did google "moist pumpkin bread")

ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar (fairly packed)
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup water
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp nutmeg

directions:
1. beat together the sugar, eggs, oil, water and pumpkin puree.
2. sift together all the dry ingredients and then combine with the above mixture until just blended.
3. bake in a greased + floured loaf pan at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
4. that's all folks.
